Not huge, over voluptuous wines but elegant, restrained and showing a sense of place from the mountains which it originates. 2018 had a long growing season with the damp and cool weather which allowed the fruit ample hang time to develop a deep and complex profile. We used 40% American Oak on this vintage to add another layer of complexity to the
